So I am such a slacker and I know I said I was going private like 2 months ago and I will someday soon. I don't know why but something is messed up in my settings and it won't let me go private. Soooo... I am trying to decide what to do about it!!! SO hang in there with me. But to just give a quick update!! We are doing good and life is flying by so fast. My little Reagers is going to be 6 months this week~~ I can't believe it!!! She is my little chunk!! When we took her to her 4 month check the doctor pretty much told me she was obese and that I need to control her feedings. She told me no rice cereal or anything until she was 6 months because she is way off the charts. Well I wanted to cry and it really hurt my feelings. So I let it get to me for quite a while and then I decided to just brush it off and be so grateful I have a healthy happy baby!! I just want to know why when you are in a store and someone says "oh she is so adorable" and then asks you how old your baby is and you tell them 6 months and then they give you a look like Holy cow lady lay off the feedings your baby is so much bigger than that. Why even ask? Totally breaks this mom's heart. I know she is a chunk but she is my chunk!!!! Sorry just a little flustered!! Don't mess with my kids lady!! Ryley is going to be 3 next month and I just don't want her to grow up. We had our ward talent show last Friday night and she decided she wanted to sing a song. I thought no way is she going to get up there and sing cause she gets a little shy in front of a lot of people but I said go for it!! She totally got up there and grabbed the mic and sang Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star with Katelyn(one of the Laurels in our ward)!! I was beaming from one ear to the other. I was so proud of her. It was so cute!! She is just the funniest thing sometimes!!! She always says "when I get big like a mom then I can do..." and says what she is going to do. It is pretty funny!!! Clay is just as busy as can be with work!! And as for me I am just enjoying life being a mom and being with my girls everyday!!! Wouldn't want to be anywhere else!!

Linsey, don't you listen to anyone try to put down your kids or your mothering skills! I have been where you are. Jaden was a very big baby and is still a stout boy. WIC is always telling me his BMI is too high. One lady even told me he is too short (like what am I to do about that!) Jaden eats no differently than my other two, he's just a different kid.
On the other end of the spectrum, Adrianna is very tiny. She is almost not even on the charts. Yet she eats 3 solid meals a day and has 3 to 4 bottles in between those...so she's eating plenty, she just has a fast metabolism. I am so tired of people asking if she eats or looking at me funny when I tell them she is almost 7 months.
Anywho, longer than I anticipated but I wanted to let you know that I've been there and still am and I am proud of my chunky and my tiny kids :)
ok linsey. listen here. i was the biggest, fattest baby ever.. ya everyone said that to my mom too. YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR BABY ON A DIET!! dont you worry. babies are cuter that way!!
Oh my goodness girl, I cannot belive how big Reagen is getting, I don't mean that like the lady in the store, I mean I haven't seen her or pictures of her forever and she is growing up to fast, and I am missing it all :( Can't wait to see you soon (it better be soon) I hear you guys are coming this way soon!! YAY!! So funny, I just asked Haylee who Ryley was in the picture and she said "Suzie"
and started to giggle!! I have no idea where she learned that, but it made me laugh!! Anyways, I think you have 2 of the cutest girls ever!! Luv Ya
How cute! Don't let anyone tell you what to do, she's your kid! Mom's intuition is always the best! Who cares if she's chubby, its better than unhealthy. Good luck! They are both so adorable!
If you ask me... I think babies are the cutest when they have the extra chub and they are supposed to have rolls and cheeks to squeeze! So who cares because they are cute! I loved the pics... they are adorable!
Linsey I am so glad you did a post!!! Your girls are growing up so darn fast! Babies can fluctuate so much in their weight between 0 and 3 years so I think you have nothing to worry about... my advice is to just keep doing what you are doing and that is enjoying life. That is so wonderful that you are loving being a mother. I can't wait until we get to start having little ones like you guys!
Hey lady! I have been meaning to call you. I just have been so busy! Sorry! Glad things are going good! Your Reag is a dolly! Who cares what people say! Atleast she is a happy healthy baby and that is allllll that matters. I wasn't sure if you guys were coming home anytime soon. We got Jayci's wedding announcement the other day! I can't wait to see her. I miss all the little college kids.... well some. Let me know if you plan on coming home. We would love to see you! Ry is such a big girl! I can't believe that she is going to be 3! Hang in there! Love ya!
Yea for an update. Don't bother what people say- my kids were both chucky. When she gets a little older she'll grow taller and slim down. I so take a healthy, chubby baby over a skinny sickly one!

Seriously? I'd get a new doctor Lins! Thats about the dumbest thing I've ever heard! Just keep nursing her! You obviously are giving her everything she needs, and when she's ready for food YOU will know it... and then go with it. She is so stinkin cute and healthy and if I were having another baby, which I'm not, I'd be bringing her over for you to nurse her for me. Would that be totally weird, cuz I'm totally serious. I would buy that cream right from ya! SERIOUSLY!
BTW- I have totally missed holding Regan at church since you've been gone FOREVER! COME BACK!
