CAMPING!!!!
Well I know that this might be hard for some to believe but Clay and I took our first camping trip together since we have been married!!! Ya I know it really took 5 years to go but it was worth the wait. We were able to spend the weekend with our best buddies and their families. We had a blast and lived up every moment. Between eating way too much good food, swimming, hiking, bike rides and getting eaten alive (literally) by mosquitoes I would have to say we survived and can't wait for camping trip '09!!

Just couldn't handle it anymore!!!
Well the other day Ryley hadn't taken a nap all day and we had kind of been running around crazy all day but when we got home and stopped, this is what happened. She was just fine and happy and kind of acting crazy and then she was out!!! Hand in the bowl and everything. She fell asleep at 6:30 that night and slept till 8 the next morning!!! I couldn't believe it. This happens every once in a while when she hasn't napped all day but she usually is up by 5 or 6 the next morning. I must have really worn her out!!!

IT'S A ...
Well today finally got here!! I was going crazy waiting to find out what our new addition is going to be. We are having a GIRL!!!!! We are so excited and can't wait for her to get here. I just hope the time passes quickly. I can't wait to hold this little miracle in my arms and kiss her. Ryley is still a little confused and I don't think she realizes what is going on quite yet. Hopefully as my belly grows it might click and she will get it. She knows that there is a baby in mommy's belly but I don't know how much she really comprehends what that means. She is going to be the best big sister and I can't wait to see her with the baby. Everything is going great and I feel really good!! Hurry November come!!!!

Happy Birthday Miss Ryley!!
I can't believe it, my baby it growing up!! We celebrated Ryley's 2nd birthday this weekend. I can't believe how fast the time has gone and how much she has changed in just the short 2 years that she has been a part of our lives. She is one amazing kid and I am so grateful to have her as my daughter. She means the world to me and keeps me going everyday. I don't know what I would do without her. She keeps us all smiling and thinks that everything is CUTE!! What a wonderful blessing she is in my life. Ryley we love you so much and we want you to always remember that. We are so proud of you and are so lucky to be your parents. Our Heavenly Father knew what He was doing when He sent you to our home. We love you!! Happy Birthday Big Girl!!
Fence, Yard & YES WE HAVE GRASS!!
Well we have been working so hard on our yard for the past little while. Well let's just say it has been an ongoing process that isn't even done yet. But for now we have gotten a lot accomplished and we have grass in the back and fence partially around our yard. We want to thank everyone who has helped with every project. Clay's Dad came a couple weeks ago and helped Clay put up the fence and gates on the sides of the house and also helped pour the cement pad for the shop. My parents came this weekend and helped lay sod. Also thanks to all our friends who came and helped too. It is amazing how fast the grass got laid. I think they did the whole back yard and the neighbors yard in less than an hour and a half. So thanks again everyone!!

Happy 5 Years!!
Well today is a special day for Clay and I! Five years ago today we were both extremely nervous and about to do something that we both dreamed of for a long time, we were about to get married.
I can't believe that it has actually been five years. Time has gone by so fast. As I look back and realize what all we have done and been through together it is amazing to see how we have changed and grown and become what we are today. Clay is a wonderful husband and has taught me a lot. I only hope I have taught him and have been a good wife to him. Our life has been blessed with a beautiful daughter and another one on the way. I am so grateful that we were able to be married in the temple and to be sealed to each other for time and all eternity. What a blessing that is in our life. I can't imagine my life without the gospel and the knowledge I have because of it. Thanks Clay for a wonderful 5 years and I can't wait for the next 5+ years together. I love you Allen!!!

Fun with Grandma & Grandpa Allen
Last week Clay's mom and dad came and visited us and we had a blast. We got alot accomplished both inside and outside our house. Clay and his dad worked so many hours on the fence, spraying weeds, pouring an shop cement pad and other odds and ends that needed done. Things are really starting to take shape out there. Clay's mom fixed my curtains that so badly needed hemmed and then she helped me make some yummy strawberry jam. Thanks so much you two!! Ryley had a blast with both of them too. Grandpa kept her laughing and laughing. I didn't have my camera out enough cause I only got a couple of pictures of everything going on. But this one is my favorite. It is Tony making animal sounds and Ryley copying him. TOO CUTE!!
